FanDrive Motorsport Ltd does not process or control user data. All data processing is performed by Eirvanta LLC, the sole data controller.

• Biographical or descriptive information that you provide.

2.3 Race Weekend & Engagement Data

• Posts and updates you create,
• Interactions with content (e.g., favorites),
• QR code scans and timestamps.

2.4 Device & Technical Data

• Device model and operating system version,

• App version,
• Crash logs and error reports.

2.5 Location Data

With your permission, we may collect approximate location data, for example when:

• Scanning QR codes, or
• Viewing or posting race weekend updates.

You may disable location permissions at any time in your device settings.

We use aggregated analytics to improve the App, including:

We do not sell personal data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver race weekend feeds and features,

• Azure Blob Storage, and
• Azure SQL.

• Access controls and least-privilege access,
• Logging and monitoring,
• Secure key and secret management, and
• Regular security reviews.

6.1 Service Providers

• Email delivery (including Magic Link emails),
• Analytics and usage metrics, and

6.2 Motorsports Data Providers

If you engage with data imported from timing services or motorsport organizers, we may display a combination of that data and your user-generated content. We do not share your personal data with those providers except where necessary to operate the App or comply with law.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests, such as court orders or government regulations, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
